AXK Network testing and navigation guide

AXK Network is the verification layer for Rwanda's coffee and tea trade. A cooperative records deliveries from its farmers; those facts are checked, a lot is offered to exporters, money sits in escrow until the release conditions hold, custody is signed at every handoff to the port, and lenders, insurers and the regulator read the same verified record. This guide walks a tester through every seat on the network, then hands over a checklist.

Signing in

1. Open /auth/personas in Chrome, Edge or Safari.
2. The page shows 15 cards: one per seat on the network (cooperative, exporter, buyer, logistics, financier, insurer, regulator, reviewer, validator, port, three institutions, the operations lead and the leadership view).
3. Press a card. You are signed in as that person and land on their desk.
4. To switch seat, sign out from the account menu at the foot of the sidebar and pick another card.
5. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere to search or ask AXK AI.

Onboard a farmer

Add a member to the cooperative register.

Steps

1. Open /axk/coop/members and press Onboard member.
2. A draft opens (ONB-1004 Member onboarding) with four steps: Identity, Plot mapping, Consent capture, Verification.
3. On Identity fill Full name, National ID (16 digits), Phone, Sector and Cell. Press Save identity.
4. Continue through plot mapping and consent.

Register a lot

Put coffee or tea on record for sale.

Steps

1. Open /axk/coop/lots and press Register a lot.
2. Pick Crop (Coffee or Tea), Variety, Grade, Quantity (kg) and Asking (USD per kg).
3. Tick I have the farm contributions now if you do. Press Register lot.

Check unconfirmed deliveries

Steps

1. Open /axk/coop/deliveries. Tiles read 37,705 kg, 156 deliveries, 35 farmers, 46 collection days.

Pay members

Send money that has arrived to farmers.

Steps

1. Open /axk/coop/wallet. Available RWF 5,054,000, in escrow for you RWF 29,232,900.
2. Open /axk/coop/payments: Payout execution for Maraba Bourbon, Lot 102. Net distributable RWF 95,672,975, still due RWF 184,500.
3. Select the payee and press Execute payout.

2. Press Fund escrow. Read the seller, lot, consignment and destination (Antwerp) and the four release conditions (0 of 4 met so far).
3. Pay through the bank channel shown, or press Fund escrow with USDC.
